Each print is custom-made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Payments are processed securely via our selected payment gateway. Prices are shown in Euros and may include applicable taxes.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase (e.g. limited edition sold out), you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped within approximately 3 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. ACAT Photos is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services or customs.

4. Returns and Damaged Items

Due to the custom nature of each print, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
